Terms and conditions

1. As with most insurance schemes there are some limitations but these have been kept to a minimum. All insured customers will receive a copy of the policy, which contains full policy details, exclusions and details of the claims and complaints procedure. A copy of the policy is available on request.

3. United Kingdom law allows parties to choose the law applicable to a contract. The contract will be subject to the law applicable to the region of the United Kingdom in which you reside.
4. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme may assist you if the Company, in some circumstances, is unable to meet its liability to you. Details are available on request.   
5. Sainsbury's Bank plc provide information to allow you to choose our Insurance and will pass your call, name or application to the appropriate partner.
