Make a claim
To make a claim, please call us on 0345 877 6919. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 9am-2pm. Calls may be recorded.
When you report a claim, we'll ask you for the following information:
- Your insurance policy number
- The date and time of the incident
- What happened
- What the damage was to your buildings or contents
- A police incident number or reference (if you were given one)
